Atlantic Canada’s hospitality and foodservice industry seeks new ideas, inspiration at ApEx 2011

MONCTON – From restaurant owners and chefs to purchasing agents and dietitians, the people who serve up food and hospitality in Atlantic Canada will be gathering at the annual ApEx trade show April 3 and 4, 2011 at the Moncton Agrena.
