(June 18/09) Under the Temporary Foreign Workers Program, employers are required to demonstrate that they have made efforts to hire from under-represented groups in Canada before hiring abroad.
HRSDC has compiled a list of organizations that can help employers hire Aboriginal peoples, persons with disabilities, older workers, youth and newcomers to Canada.
