CRFA’s position on Employment Standards

Consult industry on employment standards . Too often, provincial governments make changes to legislation that governs employment standards without taking into account the impact these changes can have on employers - and consequently, on employment. On issues such as working time, parental leave, vacation pay and statutory holiday pay, it is essential that industry be given an opportunity to show the full effect that proposed changes could have on existing and future employment.
