The Growing BC Marketplace

British Columbia's foodservice industry continues to thrive and outpace the rest of the country. Between 2000 and 2008 Foodservice Sales in BC bettered the national average by 47%. The average Unit Volume Sales in BC are 13% better than the national average. These strong indicators plus a rebounding economy and the Winter Olympics in Vancouver, show the foodservice industry in BC should see faster growth than the rest of Canada.

Customers Come to You!

The BC Foodservice Expo will deliver a profitable opportunity for your company to promote and present all your new products and services to an audience of over 5000 industry professionals. These buyers are all looking to find the next industry trend, new food products or the latest piece of equipment at this buyers’ market.

“We exhibit every year because the show gets results. Our sales team meet our clients face-to-face to close the sale or to introduce the next trend in our business.”
Craig West, Craig West Agencies

“The new venue will be a big plus in attracting buyers. Exhibiting at this show will help us build on the great results that started with the Olympics coming to Vancouver.”
Mark McKenzie, Industrial Revolution Contract Sales

More Qualified Buyers Attend

Despite the difficult economic conditions, attendance at the 2009 show increased 22% from the previous year, with 5,773 visitors. This indicates that operators were interested in finding solutions relevant to their evolving customers. Industry professionals take the time to visit the show because they are ready to buy. Use your booth to serve samples, showcase new goods, create interactive opportunities and provide all the information necessary to help customers evaluate your products right away.
