 The BC Chef’s Association presents two competitions promoting culinary excellence live on stage at the BC Foodservice Expo.
All new this year, 6-BC chefs compete in an appetizer-main-dessert knock-out series. Multiple black-box ingredients (all must be utilized) with 30 minutes to prepare. If you can’t stand the heat stay out! |

This 14th annual competition brings out chefs of all levels from novice to Red Seal pros. Students, apprentices and teams bring their recipes, ingredients and skills for judging by a panel of respected culinary professionals.
